The high-voltage windings are made of copper wire, and the low-voltage windings also adopt copper wire; copper foil winding is an optional material choice for certain models. The windings are wrapped and filled with glass fiber mat, and cast with epoxy resin without filler for some applications. The robust integrated cylindrical structure delivers high mechanical strength, low partial discharge and superior reliability.

Flame retardant, explosion-proof and eco-friendly. Insulating materials such as glass fiber wrapped around coils are self-extinguishing, so no electric arcs will form under short-circuit conditions. The resin will not release toxic and hazardous gases under high temperatures.

The coils are moisture-proof. The iron core clamping parts are coated with a special anti-corrosion protective layer, enabling operation under 100% relative humidity and other harsh environments. No dehumidification treatment is required for intermittent operation.

Excellent resistance to short-circuit forces and lightning impulse surges.

Thin resin layers cover both inner and outer sides of the coils, delivering outstanding heat dissipation. Natural air cooling (AN) is the standard cooling method. An air-forced cooling system (AF) can be equipped for transformers of any protection class to boost short-time overload capacity and guarantee stable operation.

Low power loss with remarkable energy-saving performance, economical operation and maintenance-free service.

Compact size, light weight and small floor footprint, resulting in low installation costs. No oil drainage pits, fire protection equipment or backup power supplies are required.
